Yes, we deliver paddle boards to most beaches, hotels, and vacation rentals across Maui. Simply provide your location details when booking, and we’ll coordinate the delivery.
Delivery is free for most locations on Kauai. This includes Poipu/Koloa Lihue, Kapaa, Princeville & Hanalei.
Our minimum rental period is typically one day. For shorter rental needs, please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
You can extend your rental by contacting us before the scheduled return time. Additional rental fees will apply based on the extension.
If the weather makes conditions unsafe, then we will fully refund your order (even up to the moment of delivery). Sadly this sometimes happens, but we don't want you too worried about the forecast when you're booking. Go ahead and make your reservations, and we'll talk weather when it's time. If however, you'd like to cancel your order for any other reason, then please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time. We cannot accomodate same-day cancelations (by then we'll have already committed our own time and money to serving you).
Yes, all paddle boards, paddles, and safety gear are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure your safety.
Yes, every paddle board rental includes a paddle and a life jacket at no additional cost. We also offer leashes for added safety.
While we primarily focus on rentals, every rental includes an in-person safety briefing and a land lesson instruction on how to use your paddle board.
f you experience any issues with your paddle board, please contact us immediately. We will provide support or deliver a replacement board if necessary.
Our paddle boards can typically accommodate riders up to 200-250 pounds. If you need a board with a higher weight capacity, please let us know when booking.
We offer flexible delivery times to fit your schedule. Please provide your preferred delivery and pick-up times when making your reservation and well do our best to deliver near that time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Please review our full cancellation policy on our website.
Each paddle board rental is designed for individual use. If you need multiple boards for a group, please specify the quantity when booking.
